We are three artists shaped by a shared landscape, the Macedon Ranges, country Victoria, Australia. Lithic Gallery was founded as a pop-up gallery for exhibitions and art fairs.
Sam collects stones, holding them like memory, reminders of place, weight, and quiet presence.
Itta studied stone as science and finds endless inspiration from the landscape and contours of the land.
Shay loves to paint boulders, the great guardian of our region, Hanging Rock and capturing the emotional gravity of the land.

In our studios across the Macedon Ranges, we create from the slow time of geology and the quick time of the human heart. Textures, pigments, marks, and forms echo the ridges, escarpments, sediments, and spirits of this ancient volcanic country.
